Participant are to register before the application deadline, by using the online form "Application & Payment"
(application form will open after click on a button "select").
Participant should send the LINKS of the video recordings chosen to apply (via Youtube, Google Drive, etc.). The repertoire is FREE. The video needs to clearly show the participant's performing the repertoire they wish to present at the competition.
SONG REQUIREMENTS:
° The song must be no longer than 4 minutes, except for songs included in the nominated category of OPERA in which the songs could be longer.
° Playback singing is NOT allowed and if noticed, the respective participant will be DISQUALIFIED.
° Studio recordings - NOT allowed.
° Applicable to all participants: any song with offensive or violent expressions will not be allowed and will be immediately DISQUALIFIED from the competition.
VOTING:
At 31 of May we will announced the voting day (s).
° On the voting day(s), the jury will meet at the office in Vienna and evaluate the participants
together (maximum transparency and fairness).
° On that day(s) will be open the lists of participants, so you will be able to see how the voting
progress going on.
° Will be broadcasts throughout the voting day(s) and jury will give their actual comments.
ORGANIZATION CLARIFICATIONS:
° The organizing committee is not responsible for the opinions and statements of the jury, as well as their evaluation. The jury's decisions are final and can't to be revised.
° The organizing committee forms and approves a composition of experts from among highly qualified and experienced specialists in the field of vocal art.
° The decision of the jury is final and is not subject to revision or discussion.
Participants' works are not reviewed and will not be returned.
DISCLAIMER
By entering the competition, I consent to the publication of my image and video online, on www.themajorvoice.com and on the competition’s social media and partner websites and will not claim any ownership rights.
REGISTRATION FEE
The entry fee: 39 euros per application - solo(incl.VAT), 49 euros per application - duet (incl.VAT), 59 euros per application - trio(incl.VAT). The payment can be made with a secure online payments methods on a Application & Payment .
All applications to the competition are final and no refund will be issued.
Application deadline: 31th May.
Results date: 10th June
PRIZES
Each participant in competition GUARANTEED RECEIVE:
° personal comment from jury, regardless of the place taken (signed by the jury and competition organized) by e-mail (PDF document).Only winners (1,2,3 places) in each category get review by post.
° austrian diploma as a participant (or winner) of the competition. All participant get diploma by email, and winners in each category get diploma by post.
° certificates for teachers for preparing students to participate in the competition by e-mail. And teachers winner#s participates get certificates by post.
Winners of The Major Voice International competition (three main prizes: 1th, 2nd, 3rd in each category) will be awarded with the special medals, diplomas, detailed review from the jury and presents (everything will send by post).
